Returns & Refunds
We really hope you are pleased with the promotional products you purchase from YourProductsBranded.co.uk. However, if you are not satisfied with your items and wish to return them, please let us know within 14 days of receiving the goods and we can offer you an exchange, full refund or credit note.
The items must be returned in the original packaging and in good condition.
If you ordered several products, the return period starts from when you received the last lot of goods.
Once we have received and checked the returned goods, a refund will be made within 28 days. However, if it is deemed that the goods cannot be resold or are damaged, no refund will be given.
We regret to inform you that printed stock is non-returnable because they are personalised items and cannot be sold to anyone else.
We will happily re-print products or provide a refund if a printing error has been made which we deem to be our fault. However, we need to assess pictures of the goods before any liability is agreed.
If you receive any products that have been damaged in transit, please let us know within 48 hours. If you think any of the goods are faulty, please contact us within a week of receiving the order.
