It is important you supply us with the right artwork so we can get the order completed as quickly as possible. The type of artwork you need to supply depends on the printing process of that product, here is a guide on what artwork you need to supply:

Raster files: .png / .jpg / .tif

These files cannot be used for engraving, screen printing or debossing, however they are suitable for full colour, process and transfer print

Vector files: .eps / .pdf / .ai

These files are suitable and great for all types of print. However, most printers struggle to reproduce. tints of a solid colour on the product. This means that any tinted areas on your artwork will need to be changed to a solid colour.

I don't have vector format, what should I do?

If you don't have vector files, our talented in-house design team can convert your logo into the right format. All you need to do is provide us with a high resolution copy of your artwork. Saving your file with a vector format such as .pdf does not work unfortunately.

Important: Some products come with additional setup costs varying from £10 to £75 depending on either the colours or the items.

A single unit price is only for stock that has not been personalised and will only be charged if the product is not available as a free example.

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Card - With the exception of AMEX, we accept all major cards. However, there is a small charge for using debit and credit cards.

  • Invoice - A 30 day invoice can be offered subject to credit check and satisfactory account history. Any public sector client will need an official purchase order.

  • Bank transfer - You can transfer us the money through your bank. Our bank details will be on your invoice.

  • Paypal - Contact us for further details if you wish to pay by Paypal.

  • Cheque - We accept cheques payable to

Important: While we always aim to keep our prices fixed there are times when external circumstances - like changes in market conditions - mean we have to increase our prices.

A standard package usually takes between seven and 10 days to be shipped but delivery times can vary depending on print proof approval.

The cost of shipping will largely depend on the weight and volume of your order. The shipping price will always be shown on your quote but if you have any questions about the charges, please feel free to contact us.
